Ao deslocamos certas imagens de seu contexto original, ou seja, da finalidade ao qual foram produzidas, podemos questionar o sentido daquela própria imagem enquanto "retrato". A série "Corpo Delito" projeta-se diante desta questão, ao utilizar-se justamente de recursos ditos "clichês" da fotografia artística, como as projeções e o nu feminino. Porém, aqui o resultante é sempre uma paisagem incomum.

Temos aqui retratos de um mesmo corpo que sofre a invasão de outros corpos, através de projeções totalmente estranhas a ele, o que obriga este mesmo corpo a reagir e interagir com o espaço recém criado, iniciando um relacionamento com aquelas imagens, pertencentes a uma outra atmosfera, intimista e extremamente familiar.

O termo da medicina legal inspira a série pelo fato de "corpos invasores" usualmente deixarem vestígios, tais como as marcas e lesões provocadas nos organismos, e que precisam ser registradas para que sejam examinadas e comprovadas como autênticas e originárias de algum outro corpo.

By displacing certain images from their original context, that is, from the purpose for which they were produced, we may question the meaning of that image itself as a "portrait." The "Corpo Delito" series is projected on this issue, using precisely the so-called "cliché" resources of artistic photography, such as projections and the female nude. But here the result is always an unusual landscape.

We have here portraits of the same body that suffers the invasion of other bodies, through projections totally foreign to it, which forces this same body to react and interact with the newly created space, starting a relationship with those images, belonging to another Atmosphere, intimate and extremely family friendly.

The term forensic inspires the series by the fact that "invading bodies" usually leave traces, such as the marks and injuries caused on organisms, and that they need to be recorded in order to be examined and proven to be authentic and originate from some other body.
